This is by far my favorite hotel to stay in Geneva! The location is very central to shopping, restaurants, sight seeing, and activities on both sides of the lake. The lack of an area for relaxing, unwinding and refreshments was a negative aspect. Having to go externally for a snack/drink/quiet down time not in the bedroom, took away some of the positive aspects of the hotel.

Great hotel is good location. Front desk staff kept promising that our room wold be ready "in 15 minutes". That lasted for many hours and we finally checked in well after the advertised 3pm commitment.
