Moved me to another hotel!

I had been booked at the hotel edelweiss for over 2 months and when I arrived they said they had made a mistake and couldn’t check me in due to a group booking. They moved me to a sister hotel which was ok but not what I booked and in a different neighborhood. It was very disappointing

Lovely hotel, with lovely staff. Could not recommend this hotel enough. The restaurant is gorgeous. Close to the lake, only a short walk to the Mouettes. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay lovely. If I were to return to Geneva, this would be the place to stay! Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed here for a couple weeks two years ago, and were so thoroughly happy, that we decided to take a small detour on our skiing trip to sleep in Geneva just because we knew this hotel was a sure stay. My favorite hotel in Geneva, I always stay here. The location is very convenient- close to main train station, lake, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Everything is in walking distance. Stay in an alpine lodge while in Geneva!

Hotel Edelweiss is an absolute gem - a 10 minute stroll from the City Centre, nothing is too far away. The restaurant is amazing - you are immediately transported to the slopes, with ski memorabilia everywhere. Surrounded by pubs, restaurants and local shops, this really is a find.
