We stayed here for 1 night in December. The hotel is in a great location, beautifully decorated and rooms are great. The reception lady was really helpful and gave us a map and showed us where everything was. Breakfast was great too, lots of choice. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was nice. Staff were friendly. Only downside was the whole hotel smelt of cheese. I understand that the restaurant is attached to the hotel but something needs improving as its not nice to smell it in your room and hallways.

overall experience at this hotel was good although had a problem with the heating in the room temp was set at 26 and it was blowing out cold air and myself and my daughter were cold . Spoke to reception and they gave us a radiator that we could plug in and heat the room on the second night . On occasion there was a lot of noise from cars / motorbikes and people outside at night as our room was at the front of the hotel .

Incredible!

Well this was an incredible stay! A really nice hotel at the heart of Geneva with out the price tag! I got everything I was promised, and truly felt like a regular even though I had never been before. I highly recommend a stay here, it is sensational. The added little perks and touches only made the stay more fantastic!

Executive Rooms are falsely advertised as being suitable for up to 4 people; with a lounge area. There is no lounge area, three of us in a room that was far too small; with missing amenities and not even enough pillows. False advertising. Room suitable for a couple or maybe a family of four (at a push!). Room service advertised as being every day until 11pm - this isn’t true. Lots of drinks unavailable in the restaurant. Room wasn’t ready in time. Location close to centre but very dark at night and sadly lots of homeless out the front of hotel area. Token gesture of chocolates from manager, but no help or acknowledgment of the false advertising or issues! If staying in Geneva, it’s one to avoid.

Cute Swiss cabin interior in the heart of the city. Perfectly situated for free transport, bus to tram/train, easy to get to and from Geneva airport and lake is also walkable. Generous sized room & lovely bathroom with the best shower. Hotel restaurant amazing, delicious food and fabulous atmosphere. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
