Went site seeing came back later was told we couldn’t get a room until 1130 that night. Paid more for room than what Expedia said I owed at hotel. We will never stay here again.

There are not enough restaurants in the casino, and I didn't see any winners when I was there. There should be a free shuttle to take you back and forth that runs every 30 minutes to an hour, so people can see the sites. There were not enough waitresses in the casino had to go find a waitress to get a drink.

We attempted to check in at 4:30. Was told the room was not ready. Around 5:30, I went to check on the room and was told that it still wasn’t ready. They offered us a 50 dollar credit for the nearby restaurant. After our dinner they told us that the room was almost ready. Almost two hours after we arrived we got the room.

The room was in an absolutely terrible condition. The shower didn’t work because the wall shower valve was broken and black mold was falling out from behind it. The floors were sticky and had cherry stems, hair and sticky drips all over it. The walls looks as if they all had leaks going down the sides of them. The refrigerator was broken as was the cabinet for the refrigerator. The food, coffee and alcohol were overpriced and gross but that’s to expect in a hotel casino. The only good thing was the casino and staff were kind. If I could have left and gotten a room somewhere else I would have. 10/10 would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. This place needs a drastic overhaul and gutting to be remodeled and enticing to customers.
