Excellent location within South terminal, friendly staff and comfortable room. Bonus having a discount at Giraffe for our evening meal. Would definitely stay again.

Ideally located for the station and south terminal. Very easy to get to and hanging around for shuttle buses. Surprisingly quiet given it was pretty busy. I slept very well - thus is the only airport hotel I’ve had a good experience at and the only one I’d recommend. It is very expensive for what it is though. Probably worth half what I paid

As a solo female traveller with an early flight I felt so safe, everything was super easy, The room was perfect & really comfy & roomy for a good nights sleep pre flight & it totally took the normal stress out of getting to the airport on time & travelling on your own.

Sufficient for overnight stay during travel. Unless I missed it, directions to the hotel were not available outside of the building. You have to enter departures at the south terminal to gain access to the hotel.

Great location serves a purpose

Couldnt be any better located, its right next to South terminal departures. The room i had was ok for one or a couple, i wouldnt recomend a twin with bunk beds for friends or collegues. The large bathroom is basically a wetroom. Need to have a mirror over sink added and a towell rail also. Clear glass at the top of the door means anyone on top bunk can see in which isnt ideal. TV needs to be placed higher on wall so top bunk person can view properly. Aircon was good but quite noisy so had to turn it off. Soundproofing is good. Nice touch with free bottles of water.

Good place to stay if yiu just need a place to sleep the night before flying out of Gatwick. Our Sleep room was very small. Our first time so didn't know what to expect. But it was comfortable and we slept well. The young man at the front desk staff was exceptional.

Perfect location

Great location. If you have children, request a room that overlooks the runway ahead of time. The main bed had a bit of a dip on one side but was fine for a night. We were also able to check our bags in for our flight the night before so just had hand luggage at the hotel which made the morning so much quicker.
