Bed was supposed to be king size, was a SMALL double, we measured it and my husband went down to reception. They said all the beds were the same and that is a standard king (IT IS NOT) WiFi was slow and aircon wasn’t very effective - which is an issue for a room without an opening window. Bathroom very small but that’s to be expected, problem was that the shower wet everything including toilet paper. Drain doesn’t work very well. The drinks station is a good idea and take away cups are good. Only milk is dairy, which for us isn’t a problem but may be for others. Overall room was clean. Vista out the window was of two machines that could have been old AC units, very unappealing, wish we had paid less and got no window. What’s the point?

Great airport hotel nestled inside the Gatwick South terminal. It was very quiet and comfortable; I had a great night's sleep and would highly recommend this hotel for those with early flights.

The bed was great, had to call reception to control the room temp as it was very humid and the window couldnt open, the windows should be able to open slightly even if just for fresh air. Other wise the room was perfect.

No window bed against wall one person has to jump over to get into bed. Bathroom too small taking a shower water goes all over i& not enough towels you can slip!! Too small & cramped to move!! It’s a shame because this hotel is convenient if you have connecting flight the next day.

Nice room and a great location.

My room was small but very comfortable and, as I had an early flight, I loved being able to stay in the airport for a reasonable price. Check in was very quick and the staff on the front desk were fantastic.

This is an in and out airport hotel atay. The check in was very convenient. I could do it on my iPhone before arrival and I was able to go straight to my room without stopping at the front desk. I was able to access the elevator and room and control the room all via my phone. The room is tight as I expected. The bathroom is a wet room so after someone showers, the whole bathroom floor is wet. I didn’t love that part but I understand it was a function of the tight space. However, bed was comfy and I had what I needed for a quick stay. They even have a hot beverage room where you can use the free coffee machine.
