Our room was not available at the scheduled check-in time, which was frustrating. When we were finally accommodated, the room was on a floor undergoing heavy renovations and did not smell fresh. Additionally, housekeeping entered our room unannounced twice, which was uncomfortable. The bed was extremely worn, with a noticeable sag in the middle that made it difficult to sleep. Thankfully, we only stayed one night and were ready to leave first thing the next morning.

Reserved a 2 double bed room and was given a single king sized bedroom upon arrival. Staff offered to bring in a roll away double bed and after waiting was brought a twin bed. Had to call and waited for an additional roll away bed to fit all our guests. Room was so crowded and cramped was not enjoyable at all. After calling management all that was offered was free valet and extra points. Why would I want points for a another stay at a chain that treats their customers like that?

Great room. Fabulous view. It’s a block from Petco Park. The bar was great. I highly recommend the chicken strips. The place was spotless clean and the service was excellent.

Actual room smelled like cig smoke. The entire hotel smelled musty like they had a leak and dampness still looms. Lobby AC was dripping onto carpet, hence why it smelled like this?room furniture was old. TV cabinets are very odd and old.
