Non-smoking house. 10 min drive to downtown Reykjavik. Bus stop to d/t within walking distance. Within walking distance is a supermarket, bakery, restaurant, a swimming pool and the ocean shore. Neighbourhood with many playgrounds. (FYI, there is a Havanese dog living in the house in between rentals)
