First time to Ireland, so wasn’t aware there would not be air conditioning, nor usable outlets in the bathroom or on the headboard wall.

Our room was spacious, but quite dated. The mattress was terrible. There was no coffee in the room. Breakfast wasn't great. On our last morning, the fire alarm went off at 6:30AM and we had to evacuate. There was not a single staff member available to provide direction or communication about where we should go, what happened, etc. This is a major safety concern.
