Fun Times Casa, Ocean View, Sleeps 6!

Welcome to “Fun Times Casa” condo located at the Maravilla Resort Condominiums on Galveston Island. Our comfortable condo is designed for easy living and laid-back coastal relaxation, making it perfect for couples, families or anyone looking to slow down and enjoy the ocean breeze.

Unwind in this family-friendly condo located at this premier condominium complex on the Island. It offers three swimming pools (one heated during the winter months), a hot tub, covered cabanas by the main pool, poolside grills and picnic tables, a beach shower and restrooms, volleyball, and more. The facility is pet-friendly (Fun Times Casa accepts pets) and features a Pet Wash Station for rinsing off your pets.

The condo has everything you need to have a comfortable visit. The condo faces southeast, so you will receive the nice sun in the morning, but not the hot sun in the afternoon. You will experience a flood of natural light and coastal breeze in the living areas as you relax and watch the sun rise. There may be some variations in furnishings or décor as we continually update.

The full kitchen and living area are open – perfect for socializing. The kitchen packs a punch with all the appliances you need to cook, including a microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of cooking accessories like basic spices, food containers/wraps and foils. It also includes a blender, toaster and wine glasses to add to your bag of culinary tricks. The living area features a flat screen TV and opens to the balcony with patio furniture, pool and ocean views. The bedroom offers the comfort of a King Bed with its own flat screen TV. The Alcove Hallway has a set of twin bunk beds and a recently acquired Queen-size Sleeper Sofa, if needed. The condo has its own washer/dryer and ironing board.

Fun Times Casa is within walking distance of various sorts of entertainment, including Primetime Bowling, Go Carts and Fun Center (which includes bumper cars, arcade and axe throwing), Majic Carpet Miniature Golf, Tin Cups Golf Driving Range and Jimmy's on the Pier. You'll find yourself just a short distance to Schlitterbahn Water Park, Moody Gardens and Aquarium and a State Park. A bit farther (minutes) is the Pleasure Pier, Historic Strand District in Downtown, the 1877 Tall Ship Elissa, Waterfront District, Free Ferry (walk on/off, normally see dolphins during this 20-minute ride), the Grand 1894 Opera House, Post Office Street where quaint shops and art galleries are located, and various museums.
Galveston is home to many festivals and events such as Mardi Gras, Shrimp Festival, Lone Star Rally and Dickens on the Strand.

With year-round warmth, loads of sunshine, and all that Galveston has to offer, we would be pleased to host you at Fun Times Casa.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
Like all Condominiums in Galveston, a parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent Fun Times Casa. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.
Home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets with approval, contact our office for more information. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.
