Door to room very hard to open, handle was loose. Bathtub had a continuous flow from the faucet, gallons of water wasted. Reported to staff, but not acknowledged as a problem, this had been dripping so long the finish was worn off that area of the tub. Didn’t appreciate having to pay for parking, there was no notification of this charge prior to check in. Although there was a ‘Continental Breakfast’ the offerings were minimal and not sufficient for the number of guests

Had difficulty checking in finally on the third time got a room only to find out when it rains the wall start leaking right over an electrical outlet Manager was very rude. This hotel is sick. It’s the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen, they didn’t even clean the toilet in our room.

The rental rate didn't include onsite parking fees for parking a regular sedan for each night; that cost an extra $$ per night which wasn't on their booking site. Had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and toilet paper. Place was noisy, dirty and felt unsafe. We would have left but had paid in advance with no refund. I would NOT recommend this place.

I was just upset that if I had of stayed on Friday night or Sunday night it would have cost me more a hundred dollars less. And they want to charge you for parking. And early check in. I just don't think that it is fair. When I objected to all of the fees the manager did wave the $20 fee for checking in an hour early. Thank you for that.

We booked this hotel and felt like because it was a Wyndham property it would be nice. However the check in was ridiculously slow. Keys to our room didn’t work. When we got in room it was shocking to see the rust on anything metallic. Wish we had taken pictures. It was bad enough that we left and went to a different hotel. Could not recommend this place at all

It was horrible, that hotel should be shut down. We was put into an unclean room. Hair was left on the toilet seat. Trash cans wasn’t empty. Dusty, it was really bad. My wife didn’t sleep at all. Hotel should be closed.

You pay for what you get! Elevator was not in service, and having to drag bags to the third floor was extremely exhausting. The rooms were neat. A/c in one of our rooms was not working properly. Breakfast only served waffles and toast-total bummer.

If arriving after hours the front doors are locked,dont expect any help from the staff as the lobby doors are closed from 10pm to 7am and they won't pick up the phone either if you call the front desk,so if you are leaving early you will have to ring the door bell so the staff that is sleeping there can come and get the keys.the drop the keys here box only works if the lobby is open. The pictures in the site are inaccurate, my room was all patched up, the sideboards had duck tape .there was visible water damage to the ceiling and there were black stained patches on the celing. The staircases were in need of sweeping.the whole place did not feel safe but we arrived at midnight to sleep a couple of hours before check out as my daufgrer had surgery the next day.overall the oerson that checks you in doesn't want to be bother while he sleeps so that will ne the last time i stay there.i wonder if hitel chains do inspections on the hotels that use their name because this hotel has a lot of violeations amd i would feel ashamed to have them use the name Wyndham. Oh and they charged for parking.

AVOID THIS MOTEL 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

Finding an economical location in Galveston is challenging during the summer, but I promise this is not the place! The staff was not friendly, there is a fee to self park in their lot, the elevator does not work, and most importantly, the rooms are only surface clean. I had to pull the nightstand away from the wall to reach the power outlet and nearly lost my lunch dirt, mold candy wrappers, it was disgusting!

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The pictures listed are not of this hotel. It was filthy and rundown. We stayed one night prior to a cruise but it was one night too many. I am surprised this hotel is in business with the awful service and rooms. Never again.
