I called to ensure the pool would be heated, to which they stated it would. However, when we got there, the pool was mediocre and was definetly not hot enough to get in. The bar was not open at the pool and it was deserted and neglected. The San Luis pool during the winter has an AWESOME vibe and we were hoping to have this here - but this was definitely disappointing. Barely heating a pool and having an actual heated pool with bar service and attendants are two completely different things. I suspect I asked the wrong questions when I called.

Room was very small. Pool was concerning as there is no way to secure that are for guests only. I saw no place to have gate securing or anything so anyone from the street can come and stay there.

Front desk checkin with Janet was excellent. Room was very clean and the and bathroom were great. Not much seating. Just the bed and a desk chair. Restaurant experience was mixed. It seems they. Ouk’s only handle a very few dinners. About 70% empty and they would not take a walk in couple who were guests in the hotel. Same menu at the bar and Chris the bartender offered us seats there. His service was excellent

Nice historical hotel, no much for fun for family, everybody were very bored, had to leave earlier, You can not even open a window in your room, no balconies, the pool is cold, only old people everywhere. Even the Christmas brunch( which is supposed to be good) was not. Food is cold, I do not know, but for us, we will never go back.
