Property needs maintenance in the rooms. Overall it was a great location. We were able to walk to the river to see the fireworks which was very convenient. Most of the staff were friendly but one was extremely not nice. We were able to get a late checkout, very helpful. Handicap parking was in a strange spot around back. In the end we had an enjoyable stay and would go back.
