BEWARE -- I was DOUBLE CHARGED for the security deposit and neither Hotels.com nor Country Inn & Suites would do anything about it. I was told I have to wait 5-7 business days to get my money back. This is totally unacceptable that I have to wait so long for their error and pretty sketchy behavior from Country Inn & Suites. I will be in the area frequently over the next 4 years and I will NOT BE BACK

The lobby has warm, inviting atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. I wish the tv was larger and the shower had more pressure. but. for the price, an enjoyable stay.

Hotel is very dated. It needs a makeover ASAP. I did not take my shoes off. There is stains and dirt that a vacuum can’t get out.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet. The only negative thing I noticed was that the rug in the room was dirty looking and stained. It should be replaced. The free breakfast and cookies were great!!

This is a very good hotel to stay at. The rooms were clean and very nice. There were a couple of minor issues that presented, such as the tv remote did not function properly and the shower curtain was too small for the bathroom, resulting in flooding of the bathroom floor. Since this is an eco friendly hotel, no clean towels were provided the next day, however was received upon request at the front desk. Just minor issues, but overall a very good hotel to stay. I would certainly recommend to stay here.

We liked the hotel very much, we were in what we think was an handicap accessible room and our water temperature was not even lukewarm 😞. It was kinda late, we didn’t want to call anyone at that point and didn’t want to switch rooms at that point either. Cold shower was not pleasant. Lesson learned.
