For a Holiday Inn (IHG), this property is in very poor condition. Rooms are filty and outdated, "Free Breakfast" is cereal or packets of oatmeal, no AC in lobby or hallways, mattresses are in poor condition, and service only provides one towel, one wash cloth, one hand towel, for a 2Queen Suite unit.

It was clean and quiet. Easy check in. Breakfast was "ok". Was the regular cereal, bread, yogurt stuff. They were stingy on the little cheese omelettes and paper thin bacon. 24 hr coffee station 👍 great!

Clean hotel. Staff are friendly. But the incidental deposit of $150 is three times what other hotels of higher quality charge. Because of this, I would not return to this hotel.

This is my first time for leaving a review but this hotel was so disgusting I would like to warn others. The carpet in our room was absolutely filthy as was the carpet in the hallways. There was food visible under the furniture and the edge of the bed. The pool and hot tub were closed “until further notice” and the only breakfast food was a bagel. Due to this experience I will be hesitant to stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.

Found out when I arrived that the pool and spa tub were out of order and "no idea" when they would be back...the only reason I booked it. Restaurant no longer available...another reason I booked it. We had ONE bath towel, 1 wash cloth, and 1 hanger. Really!
