Not safe!

I was frightened by a male cleaning staff in the hotel while using the public female toilet on the reception floor. He sneaked in the female toilet knowing I went in. The light in the hallway was shut down too. No matter I stumped nor screamed, the light wasn’t turned on while I try to walk out of the area. I had to call the police after being frightened by him.

Overall was a great place except we had an issue with a leak in our room. We told reception twice in our stay to take a look at it, however, it was not fixed. This hotel is central to shopping, transportation.

Reasonably priced hotel in walking distance to shopping and dining. Great rooms with kitchenette, generous bath room and very clean main room. The second room wasnt ready at checkin time, but wasnt a problem for us. The breakfast buffet had plenty offer, was especially happy with the glutenfree bread option. Disappointed in the hostel-style grab your tray, plate and cutlery, help yourself from the buffet, find a place to sit and put the tray back into the trolley. I expect set tables at that level. Overall, i would go back for the close by parking garage, walking distance places and really good rooms.

The hotel is easily accessible by the S-Bahn and only 2 stops from the Frankfurt main station. The included breakfast is excellent with lots of variety and the staff keep it clean and well stocked. The location is great for walking to the old town and we had a view of a medieval tower right outside of our room. We also ate at the tower cafe and it was delicious! We would definitely stay here again if we are in Frankfurt.

Great location and friendly staff.

The hotel location is central and walk friendly. The staff were great and professional. Housekeeping could improve as the room was generally really clean, but we notice fragments of broken glass on the room floor. We've requested it to be cleaned again for everyone safety which included our toddler.
