The bathroom sink was stopped up and the commode would not flush very well. They sent a plumber but when he was having problems correcting the clog, we asked for another room. We were moved to anther room. Rooms are aging but bed slept well and everything was clean. Staff were very nice and courteous.

The shower would not stop dripping. The elevators were unreliable. Hotels at less than half the cost provide at least a continental breakfast. Only valet parking was available and its $70 per day cost isn’t welcoming to travelers who drive.

The lobby bathroom was out of toilet paper & hand soap. We called the front desk on our second day because our room was not cleaned and the front desk told us that housekeeping had our room marked as cleaned, but it was not touched. We then asked for clean towels to be brought up & it took almost an hour to get them. The breakfast looked awful and was such a limited menu that we left to get food at a cafe down the block. My Escalade was too big for the parking garage so I parked on the street and worried all night about it being broken into by the street people lurking near the hotel. We would not stay here again.

The stay was good. The check-in was at 3pm and they didn’t have the room ready. I had to get another room, with the amenities I did not book and pay for, to be able to get a room on time to get ready for an event.
