The hotel itself wasn’t awful. However the beds were the worse beds I’ve ever laid on. We couldn’t figure out the tv and called the front desk for help, the receptionist came upstairs and couldn’t figure it out either also stated Netflix/Hulu/Youtube wouldn’t work bc they couldn’t figure out the internet which then leads to, phones with horrible service and no WiFi to use. The pool was fairly cold.

Room smelled like pets. I realize it’s a pet friendly hotel which I can appreciate but the room smelled and felt dirty. We were on the first floor and didn’t feel the safest with the window facing the back of the property. Breakfast was good but I wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

The room was bismal. Look like dog vomit on the floor. The pillow case was thread warn and had a hole in it. The refrigerator didn't work and the room smelled like burning plastic and as info one had occupied in months.
