Parking lot was a disaster it was an accident wearing to happen ice everywhere it needed plowed & salt…the hotel it self was outdated but looked clean…we get into our room & instantly met with a urnial smell it made us all feel nauseous….bathroom was clean bedding was clean but that smell of urine was not tolerable I bent down to grab something & was smacked in the face with the smell so I’m assuming it’s in the carpet they need new carpet @ least shampoo the carpets bit as bad as the smell was probably new carpet it was a awful smell we almost went to another hotel but had already paid & we were tired the next morning we all wished we had left none of slept good we all felt sick due to the smell but like I said bedding & bathroom was clean whatever it is is in the carpets & needs replaced. Won’t ever stay here again & will tell everyone I know ( I have alot of family in the area not to stay here until they remodel. We didn’t even stay for breakfast we left as soon as we could because we were just ready to get out of there. Walks were very thin you could hear almost eveything going on the next rooms & in the hallways

If I could give negative stars I would have. The room was so dirty and smelled. Only reason I didn’t complain or leave was the winter storm and it was near midnight when I checked in.

One of the security locks did not work on the room door. Room was spacious. Staff was nice. Ample parking. Pleased with the variety of the breakfast items.

Loved it but harassed

Paid for late check out at 3pm. They came into my room at 12-1 and harassed me when I said I’m still in here sleeping I paid $50 for late check out they harassed me asking who said that was ok… then they thought it was ok to go into my room WHEN I WASNT THERE I had ran down the street to the gas station and had the bell hop in my room because I wasn’t done unloading my luggage

Nice, better than ratef

Stayed here for early morning appointment the next day at DuPont Hospital. Great proximity to the hospital and Speedway and various restaurants. Easy access. Parking lot well maintained. Interior in common areas clean and no odors. Well maintained. Did not use inside pool but appears clean. Room very clean. Everything works as expected. Staff friendly and accommodating. Only issue is hallway was very hot. Yes hot outside but expected cooler interior. Room hot upon entry but air conditioning worked well once adjusted.

Comfortable Room

They need to clean a little bit better. There was hair stuck to the bathroom door that grossed me out. The bed was comfortable and I loved having 6 pillows.
