Surrounded by preserves and parks, this is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway, a business trip, a wedding destination, or for relaxing on a quiet, private beach. It features a spacious and sunny bedroom with walk-in closet, a living room with complimentary Roku/Xfinity streaming television (premium channels), and, an alcove with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and small fridge. Wood floors and tile throughout. Outdoor amenities include use of the screen enclosed pool and courtyard, with dining table and chairs, large grill, and a fishing dock on the Indian River.

The Guest House is across the street from beach. Parking and living space is fine. The negative is that you had to climb a long stairway to reach the guest house. The Kitchenette did not have a sink. We had to rinse breakfast dishes in bathroom. The swimming pool is very small. Hostess very pleasant.

Everything was just as described. Having a private beach in Florida is a rare find and this property is just as rare. Clean, quiet, and secluded. Private parking and a very peaceful sleep each night. We stayed at the beautiful property for a mere 24 hours. During that time we were able to walk to the beach and spent a few hours there (totally alone) listening to the waves and feeling the sun on us. We also walked down to the dock area which was a nice stroll. The guest house had everything we needed and was charming and cozy with super high ceilings. We will return.

Comfortable, spotless, nicely set up. Also, very quiet, great for a good night’s sleep. The natural surroundings are so soothing. Great to relax, and recharge.
