I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the place was. New decorations, new decor great service place still undergoing some renovations, needed reservations, adore the bathroom was crumbling, but he reminder things and obviously things that they’re fixing… The place is nice… Breakfast was great and served by really nice people. 5 stars!

The room was good and no problems with that . I had a dog with me and on Expedia it said dog are welcome. That was not the case . I have a American Bulldog , yet becasue she is a American Bulldog she was not could not stay there . They have rules and it is not shown on Expedia . So juat look into it .

The internet is extremely slow, especially at night—completely unacceptable by modern standards. Housekeeping is inflexible and only provided every 7 days, with towel changes every 3 days for long-term guests, even when additional cleaning is requested. Surprisingly, no discount is offered for long-term stays, which makes this policy even harder to justify.

I would never stay here again. My husband and I were only there for all of 10-15 min- we stripped the bed and found a bed bug. Took photos and it has the time and date of when we took it (the night we were there). Also, the bug in the photo is blurry (because we were accused of taking a photo that didn't look like their bedding) because I used my magnifier on my phone because bed bugs are small. they refused to allow Expedia to refund us.

It’s a large, sprawling 2 story motel with very dated rooms. Stained walls, used soap bars, cracked sink, etc. the design is such that the “hallway” is outside the room, so leaving window shades open allows every passerby to take a gander at the room. The beds were not very comfortable either. Breakfast was a bright spot - stellar staff right on top of everything - very friendly and attentive!

Like the set up of the facility ( I prefer the old school outer/exterior entrance set up and the continental breakfast too. Likthe Breakfast Casserole with Grits for breakfast. Great value for the location and a Saturday night stay

I booked 2 rooms - one wasn't ready til 5:15pm, the other had no heat. Exterior corridors need to be refinished. Otherwise the property is fine.

The staff was helpful and friendly! The hotel is not a 'resort' and should not really be marketed as such. It's a 'motel.' Let's call a spade a spade here lol.... BUT with that being said, it's a lot cleaner and nicer inside the rooms than it originally looks like it will be. The deluxe 'suite' was really 2 adjoining rooms with one room being the kitchen/living/dining area. The sofa bed in that side was REALLY loud and noisy that my daughter felt uncomfortable moving around in it. The king bed in the other room was actually more comfortable than I was thinking it would be. I was a bit disappointed in the free breakfast because the waffle iron was broken and we didn't have time to eat elsewhere because we planned on eating there before our 2 hour drive. Also, the kitchen should be furnished with SOME basic necessities. There weren't even napkins or paper towels at all. Let alone plates. Or literally anything else. It's a 'suite' and should come with those basic items. I didn't love that the deadbolt didn't work and only the latch. But otherwise, it wasn't too bad of a stay.
