I had a small view of the ocean. The room was updated and clean. A couple of nice restaurants across the street from the hotel. The motel was located in a very quiet area which was nice. Rooms have outside doors , no elevator and breakfast was very basic.

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel in about 5 years. This was best stay yet. We had a second story room. Room was clean. Best hotel shower (pressure and hot) probably ever had anywhere. Breakfast was adequate and actually better than I expected. Chairs on beach were great.

Great access to beach and provision of chairs and umbrella on the beach is excellent. However, the room was well below our standards as being old, bad decor and really bad mattress in need of flipping, We know we were taking the smallest room in a noisier end of the hotel, which was okay since we weren't planning on spending a lot of time there. But the quality of the room itself was really bad. Good cleaning staff.
