I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Everyone was very attentive and very informative. Daniela at the front desk had a few recommendations on things to do around here and she nailed it. Breakfast was superb! Decoration, cleanliness , personnel , freshness and flavor was very good. Hotel was also in a very convenient location close to things at Ft Myers as well as close to the island.

This was a perfect location between Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. The plaza right next door had anything you may need. The pool was well maintained and stayed open until 10pm which we used nightly. The hot tub was a little too hot would be the only criticism I would make. Besides that, it was a perfect hotel!

Was clean and nice decor.... Areas needing improvement are: coffee bar has very little selection especially since there are sooo many breakfast item toppings, need more poop towels they seemed to be always out, for the love of all holy please have bacon and perhaps diced potatoes....2 days so far and sausage and apple sausage thingy!!!

The front desk people were fantastic: Yvonne, Tori and Daniela. Breakfast was very good and the suite was very clean, spacious and had everything that one needed. In addition, the suite was an absolute bargain! 500 sf with a kitchen and separate bath and bedroom for half the sf at a neighboring hotel. I can highly recommend this Residence Inn on Summerlin, Ft Myers/Sanibel Gateway.
