Disliked: Cleanliness
The host were delightful. However, when we got to the unit, we saw that the wall-to-wall carpeting was absolutely filthy. Disgusting. Black instead of tan. We insisted that they have it clean. It was so filthy. They had to do it twice and the water was black when they dumped it out. Unexcused. We were told the place was clean and it had been inspected by the Vrbo people. Absolutely shameful. I don’t envy the people that follow us. It is so bad! We could not wait to get out. We’ve never had such a poor experience in our lives that it was not overseen by the people in charge like we were told. Like I said, they were very lovely people, but they did not do their jobs like they said. It was not in a healthy condition when we got there.
