Owner canceled our reservation less than 24 hours before check in!!! We had booked the place about 2 months in advance. The night before our trip I get a messgae saying they're canceling due to double booking. This was about 9:30pm pacific time so about 1:30 am Florida time. Absolutely ridiculous. I tried to ask more questions and was ignored. This left me frantically looking for a new place for my family to stay. Definitely stressful.
