This lovely 2-story, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Casita located in the Award Winning, Resort-Style Community of Paseo in the heart of Fort Myers. Downstairs, the Castella floor plan features wood flooring and a gourmet island-style kitchen with 42" cabinets, granite countertops, travertine backsplash, breakfast nook and half bath. The kitchen opens to the formal dining and living areas. Attached 2-car garage and French doors that open to a private brick paved lanai. Upstairs the master suite has tray ceilings, crown molding, granite countertops and a large walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs with carpet and share a bathroom with double sinks, and a tub/shower combo. All furniture is brand new. Turnkey ready for you to enjoy paradise! The Village Center at Paseo is one of a kind! Dirty Washer, Ants and Torn Clothes..
First day we wanted to run a wash, it wasn't possible because the washing machine was so dirty inside and around the rim, and also had a horrible smell, the clothes would’ve probably come about even dirtier. We informed the PM after I tried my best to run it empty with baking soda and white vinegar, but even that didn’t help. After many texts back and forth we were informed that the repair couldn’t take place before another 10 days(!!) We were asked to bring our laundry to a cleaning service, the costs were refunded. After the washer got fixed we finally ran our first laundry and then used the dryer. Three pieces of clothes came out with big holes caused by something sharp clues into the dryer (?!) No refund for damages were offered. Bed sheets had stains, ants everywhere in kitchen, two out of three bedrooms had no TV, old food was left in fridge. We did everything possible on our end, the PM was responsive but didn’t seem to care too much, at the end a very disappointing stay and wouldn’t recommend.
