I went out and bought bleach wipes and a bed bug cover for the bed. I think it is low-income housing and they rent out rooms that aren't taken.

The main advantage was its lication, convenient to all areas of Cape Coral and Ft Myers. This was more likecstaying in an AirB&B. Services non-existent.. we stayed 6 nights, no housekeeping, had to ask for towels, purchased our own soap, TP and shampoo at nearby Publix. Night Attendant , Renata, was very nice and helpful in finding some special size coffee packets for in room coffee machine. I rated it Good for the price, we had an excellent rate, and would return... only next time i will be prepared as it does not offer routine services of hotel.

Very clean and comfortable suite. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I actually extended my stay bc I felt so at home. It may be a little worn in some ways but I didn’t mind bc everything was spotless and whatever they spray on their linens smells fantastic!

Roaches. The hot tub has been down for quite a while. Carpets dirty. Extreme rules. If you invite someone over they have to turn their ID in the whole time they are onsite. Lots of parking wide open lot seems like no one really ever stays here.
