Master bedroom and bath has new hardwood floors in both bedrooms, hardwood floor in living room, granite counter top in kitchen. Tastefully decorated with a beach cottage style theme. Television in living room and 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom features a KING SIZE BED and a large walk in closet, full bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds, full size bathroom(shower/tub combo) and walk in closet. Living room couch pulls out to a queen size sleeper. WIFI and smart TV equipped. This condo is on the 1st floor and is in the closest building to the pool...about a 30 second walk to the pool. View out the glass sliding door is pond with 2 large fountains. Get ready to relax...this condo is a getaway retreat and we are sure that you will be refreshed not only within the condo but outside where the grounds boast Mediterranean flavor full of water features and lush palm trees. Gardens at Beachwalk

Great location, great view, beautiful weather, don't get any better than this! A nice break from the cold northwest indiana winter! Alex was a great host, highly recommended this property.

Not quite what listing offered. Listing says new. This condo is not new. Building is 20 years old. However the kitchen counter top the floors and master bathroom is new. Reviews said very clean. Well that too was not right. This condo was the dirtiest rental we ever rented. We rent a couple times a year.

Great Sunny Location!

Annual trip to Ft Myers

My wife and I have been staying at Gardens at Beachwalk during March for the past 6 years in various units. All of our stays have been nice. This year was no exception. This ground floor unit was in the building closest to the pool. the unit was well equipped. Alex was very responsive to anything we needed. This location is close to Sanibel and Ft Myers Beach. Very enjoyable stay.

Great Location

This is a nice main floor condo in a lovely setting. It is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The condo is about 1000 sq ft and is well equipped. The owners are just a call away. They have made a good start to updating it.

Excellent location in a nice community

Beautiful and well maintained gated community. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Location is extremely convenient to access local gulf beaches (Sanibel and Ft Myers), shopping (Publix, ALDI, Walmart, outlets), parks, and dining. Unit itself was clean, well stocked, and comfortable for four. Owner was easy to reach and responsive with any questions. Would book again.

Perfect Location

This is a 2 bedroom 980 square foot condo located on the first floor in The Gardens of Beachwalk community which is located close to shopping, FMB and Santibel/Captiva islands. Downtown Fort Myers is an easy 20 min. commute. Having a 1st floor condo is nice as the majority of condos do not have elevators thus requiring a person to haul their stuff up cement stairs. It also has a great view. The building and surrounding area is quiet. The pictures are accurate although now the living room floor lamp has been moved to behind the chair and now there is a table with a lamp next to the couch providing plenty of light to the room. The kitchen is fully stocked with the basics. There was excellent and prompt communication with the owner before and during my visit. I would stay here again and in fact, I inquired about renting for Feb. 2022 and it is already booked.

Beachwalk Beauty

This unit was perfect for our month long stay at Beachwalk. The condo was clean, decorated very nicely and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It is steps away from the heated pool and only a few minutes from the beach trolley. We also visited many local restaurants like Bahama Breeze and Roundhouse. Alex was very attentive and willing to help with any questions. We wanted to stay again next February but it was already booked! Great unit! Will stay again hopefully..

We enjoyed our stay at Beachwalk. The owners were excellent to work with. They had our parking pass and everything we needed to know a week before our stay. The condo was comfortable and close to beaches and shopping.
