Absolutely had an amazing time. Surprised my man to a weekend out for his Birthday. Was a beautiful area. The place accommodated everything that you can absolutely need quiet relaxing place. Definitely recommend for a quiet romantic weekend. Check-in was easy and they were very friendly.

The property was beautifully decorated And the host was very accommodating and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. I would’ve have rated this property 5 stars but the hot tub was not working and the pool water was cloudy. I was very disappointed since the main reason I chose this accommodation was for the hot tub and pool. Zachery was very responsive.

What you see is what you get.

Property is exactly what you see in the photos. The neighborhood is right in the middle of the Oakland Park suburbs and pretty quiet at night. Amenities were all new. Even has a washer and dryer in the unit. There was a decent sized dining table and full kitchen with some basic cookware, plates, and cups. Zack, the guy managing the property, was nice and helpful. If I had to complain about anything it was that the bed was too hard for my liking. I like a really soft bed. Other than that, perfect.

Modern Oasis is correct! Great yard with hot tub and a pool. Only two apartments, so you basically have a private hotel pool and spa are all to yourself. Clean as a whistle and VERY comfortable.

Hidden Gem

I am totally satisfied with the "MODERN OASIS". This hidden gem is a private getaway with a pool, cabana, jacuzzi, BBQ pit and hammock. That's outside! The sleeping quarters has a beautiful common area with an eat in island for four and EVERYTHING you could possible need. Rooms have their own bathroom and storage closet. I could go on and on. Treat yourself and book at the MODERN OASIS!!! Just don't book when I'm there. ALL-STAR

We stayed in the 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment and it was so clean and everything we needed was provided! Zach was very easy to communicate with and when we locked ourselves out of the apartment, he came right over to help. Tons of things to do in the area and great amenities on the property. Only thing we didn’t know about was the amenities are shared with the other 2 bed/2 bath apartment. The listing makes it sound like you have the whole property but unless you book both apartments, you share with others. The other group renting the other apartment did not know about this either when we talked. The property is also heavily secured with cameras so you will be on camera anytime your outside or in the pool/hot tub. Otherwise can’t say anything negative about the property or property management. Will be returning in the future

Property manager Zachary was great. Our washer wasnt working when we checked in and he made sure to expedite getting it fixed. He communicated well and was very nice. They ordered a mattress and play mat for my baby to use during our stay, which was very sweet. Only downside of the property is the area it's in, didn't match the ambiance of the place.

What an amazing experience staying here- the grounds are beautiful with pool and hot tub, we were able to relax and enjoy. The 2 bedroom-2 bathroom apartment is flawless and gorgeous. Well designed, with a full kitchen plus washer and dryer. The attention to details for comfort- the choice of towels and linens as well as providing bathroom toiletries were exceptional. As for our Host, Zach is most gracious and accommodating- we appreciate how he ensured we had a pleasant stay. The Brooklyn boy will be back when visiting Fort Lauderdale. JMC
