Overall, good stay. We like the convenience of the location. The wifi was a problem. The landing page certificate was expired. The security of the wifi was such that our work laptops would would not connect , making work almost impossible. The coffee machine was consistently broken, which was really frustrating. The property is conveniently located near restaurants, boutiques and a supermarket in a nice area. The price for an apartment style room with a kitchen is good. It's quite dated and in dire need of renovation. The carpets are old and smells a bit musty. The shower needs a complete rehaul. We had our child with us and made use of the pull out couch which are normally uncomfortable, but was so old, it was extra uncomfortable. They said that there was housekeeping, but we checked in on a Sunday and left Saturday and did not see them once. Would stay there again only if we had to stay nearby family and/or friends.

The room was comfortable and provided good value for the cost. However, a significant drawback was the poor ventilation; cooking odors from neighboring units permeated our room and lingered, making the stay genuinely uncomfortable. Even a subsequent attempt by staff to deodorize the room was unsuccessful. It's important to note this is an RCI timeshare facility, not a standard hotel, so don't expect the typical flexibility of a hotel. A negative check-in experience almost soured the stay: We arrived two hours early, and after waiting 30 minutes, the front desk attendant attempted to charge an early check-in fee, despite the room being ready. I chose to leave to wait elsewhere. Fortunately, the manager intervened, apologized, and allowed us to check in without the extra charge. I appreciate the manager's action, but the initial interaction was disappointing. Overall, it was an adequate stay, though the odor issue and initial check-in friction were notable downsides."
