This is the 4th time I've stayed at one of this host's properties and this is the first time I wasn't completely satisified. There was no smoke detector. (I found it on day 3 under the sink because it started chirping), the rear door blinds were broken and didn't provide privacy, The AC cover was ajar and I discovered the filter was very didrty and probably has never been changed or cleaned, there were refrigerators (I suspect one was broken. So why not remove it?), there was a coffee maker but unlike the other properties there was no coffee, and there was salt and pepper but the salt was empty. None of the above was awful just not up to the level had had come to expect from their properites. The location was great and the reason I choose it and I still enjoed my stay.

Had a plumbing maintenance issue which was quickly rectified - even on weekend. Easy walking to retail, restaurants, bars. Spacious unit that was very quiet.
