When I bought you online, you said I could pay when I check in but you take the money without me authorizing you to withdraw rooms night on my money by stealing and the people that was already rude and think about it cause they don’t care all they tell me Experian can give you back your money. No, you can’t take my money out the way I wait for you to give me payment back the money you take should just go straight from my room and is a voice cricket company like that you sell people dreams and behind people back Kinda numb and robbed them while they sleep. The apartments were relatively clean, but with a strong musty smell and visible mold marks. There were cockroaches in one room, and on the second day they moved me to another room after I complained. The second room started making a low-energy beeping sound from the smoke or CO2 detector, and I had to change rooms again because it was impossible to sleep with that noise. Initially, they refused to change rooms on both occasions (even though the room had cockroaches and the other had a loud beeping sound); only after much insistence did they agree to change my room. In the apartment next to mine, there was a guest wearing an electronic ankle monitor, which gives you an idea of ​​the hotel's terrible atmosphere! I will never stay at this chain again. Don't be fooled by the photos; it's very different in practice.

Lobby was great, room were old, lamps was molded, blood stain on the pillows, water was rusty, needs remolding. I checked out the next day, instead of staying 2 nights. It's across the street from a strip club Cheetahs.

This was my worst hotel experience ever. Had to change rooms 3 times due to roaches being in the first one. The second one the shower faucet was very faulty and broken. The drain was clogged and would pool up while taking a shower. The toilet was also faulty.The carpet in the hallway was dirty with stains. I would never stay in this run down roach infested dump again. Wouldn’t recommend unless you had no other choice.
