We arrived at 7PM, the front desk lady wasn't good at all, she didn't help us with our reservation, she asked me the room number and the code pass to get into our studio? but I don't have these infos, then she said I can't help you.?What I drove 24 hours and paid everything to tell me you can't access your room?We was really deceived and anxious, for many hours, till having the intervention of my Valet Mr Sever, he was really helpful and he solute our problem, this guy deserve our gratitude

Beachfront for a good price.

The condo was very spacious and clean. It said on the site that there was a pull out sofa bed that was not one. I also did not get an email with the door code prior to arriving but was able to get it within the hour of texting the company. Fees were added that were not mentioned. Overall it was a nice place for the price.

The apartment was clean. Soda bed needs updated. Some of the cabinets were damaged. Check in and out was the headache, It will help if all rules and fees were available on the site. The process felt rushed and hospitality from most employees were non existent.

Strict and stressful resort

Although the building was beautiful the unit was a bit ragged (bathroom door was water damaged, faux leather sofa was peeling, TV in bedroom was no more than 18”). The unit was clean but the instructions for its use were not clear and would be harsh consequences should you not comply with them. For example it stated we could only use one towel per guest or pay $10 cleaning fee per each towel used beyond the limit. It didn’t state if that meant 1 bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth and beach towel. Or was it literally one towel per person? It also stated if you used additional sheets you would be charged $30 cleaning fee per sheet. It did not state if this included sheets you might need for the pullout sofa. There was no bath mat and no slip guards in the tub. The check in process was way too complex and the customer service was horrible. Very unfriendly and barking directions. The worst part is that they basically rob you through forced fees. You have to pay for 2 security fobs at $20 each and parking at $50 for 2 days. If you want to do laundry you have to buy a $5 card and put a minimum of $5 on it which is more than it costs to do a single load. While there you have to where a paper bracelet (like when at the hospital or at a concert) at all times or run the risk of getting kicked out. All and all the way they conduct themselves makes for a highly stressful vacation experience. Not what we signed up for and won’t be going back.

Liked the location. The pool area was very nice and loved how it was right on the ocean. Pretty clean and nice area. Close to everything. Communication was not very good with the management but other than that it was wonderful.
