The minimum rental age is 25 y.o.

We require a photocopy of the driver`s license or valid government id of the lead guest to match the name on the credit card used for booking.

No noise outside after 9 pm, please be respectful to our neighbors.

The penalty for smoking inside the house is $300.00

We pre-authorize $1000 on your credit card for the security deposit which will be released within 3 business days after checkout.
