Parking was limited by construction. I had sent a request for a ground level room because of a handicap and have difficulty with stairs. But the request was ignored and was put in a room on the second floor. The checkin person didn't even apologize or try to accommodate me.

I asked for a room facing the road on the first floor. I was told the hotel was busy. The room given was on the backsode of the building with no space in front of it. I did not feel comfortable so I returned the keycard and left without staying.

Good hotel

Happy with my stay. This motel is new or newly remodeled and I am so thankful there is no carpet which means it is easier to keep clean. Bed was very comfy and I slept well. No toiletries except soap so be warned. There is a CVS next door if you need anything and an Ingles for food.

Beds didn’t even have fitted sheets, towels were dirty and bugs everywhere. Homeless and drug deals being made in the parking lot. Air conditioner smelled and barely cooled. Stay away and dangerous for families
