Our stay at Pier House Resort was truly amazing. The ambiance throughout created a genuine “Don’t Worry, Be Happy” atmosphere that made our getaway unforgettable. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous, professional, and friendly — they took wonderful care of us from start to finish. Between the private beach, great dining, and the legendary Chart Room bar, we felt completely at ease. We’re already looking forward to planning our return.

The location was the best. The beach access was great! The bed was extremely firm and the pillows were very heavy and thick. Some updates are definitely needed as the furniture in the room and bathroom need it especially for the price you pay. There is nothing in the room to tell you about the restaurant or how to call the spa in the hotel.

Absolutely perfect. Staff were very helpful and appeard to love their jobs. Room was very clean, every day. Facilities were very well kept throughout , including gardens, beach, pool, bars, restaurants, walkways, and buildings. Live music every day! Food and drinks were spectacular. Loved the ocean view from bar, and restaurants, and beach/chairs.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The outside environment was absolutely amazing the paths the pool greenery just unspeakable.. wow and the spa massage omg.. loved it food was great the tours excellent and the roosters crowing lol💕

There were ants in the shower and room. Tiles on the balcony were cracked, tvs only got a few fuzzy channels. View was nice, but other guests smoking flooded our room and outdoor space with smoke. Linda at the pool/bar was exceptional, and the location is very convenient to everything on Duval St/Mallory Square.
