Buyer be ware!!!!

Overall this was a very frustrating stay. The man who checked us in was wonderful, pointed out some of his favorite spots and the location was great. We booked a two bedroom apartment. When we went to bed the first night we found the one bed to be broken. Upon further inspection, the hotel had tapped it together. Additionally the wifi didn't work nor did the washer. I called the office but no one answered so we shared the one bed. I called the next day and was assured someone would be right out but no one ever showed. After three days and a half dozen calls no one ever showed up, fixed the issues or apologized. It seems fraudulent I was charged for a two bedroom room when I could only use one, not to mention non functioning wifi and washer. Buyer be ware!!!!!
