We stayed here for 4 days in March 2025. Pictures of the room on the website are true to what we experienced. Building is older yet somewhat renovated. Breakfast was good. Staff were super friendly. They helped us get around town and made reservations for us at a local restaurant. Location is phenomenal in a safe area. Always felt safe as we walked late in the evening. Train station is at walking distance. Really loved our stay we would definitely return.

Well, I stayed in a single room. It may have been a closet when I told the staff about the lack of hot water and drafty window, which made my room cold. They said it was something everybody in the hotel was experiencing, and the staff was pretty unpleasant in the breakfast area.

Hotel location was really it, just a short walk to Duomo and also the train station. There were quite a few good restaurants around the hotel making it really convenient. It was also next to Hermes which was a really nice surprise.
