This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Starting from the service upon check in. once I checked in, the room was a disaster...this is supposed to be a 4 start hotel but I've seen better hostels. Avoid this hotel...super old, not clean and the staff is unhelpful.

Located in central location. Front desk staff is very nice. HOWEVER, they need to hire better housekeepers. Whoever "cleaned" my room, made the bed only. I found hair on the shower walls when i first showered, and they were still there on the second day of my stay. Cleanliness is not a priority to them.

The location is one of the best in Florence. You are in the center of the old city in one of the classiest locations imaginable. Mere one or two minutes walk to everything. Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, restaurants and every shop imaginable are all right there. Uffizi and Accademia are less than 10 minutes away, as is the train station (easy hop to Pisa or Rome). We rolled our bags to the station, it was faster than a taxi! Breakfast was the best I've had in Italy. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Service was great. Only knock is the AC is weak. Not hot, but not really cold if you prefer that. Overall, Grade A hotel and would absolutely stay again.

This property was in a great location. The included breakfast was what you would expect. The hotel backs onto a little street that can be quite loud with voices and vehicles. We were on third floor and it was quite loud throughout the night.
