Great location, very convenient. The guesthouse is really secure and feels just like you are living in Florence for your trip. It is clean, well equipped and looked after nicely. The owner is lovely, extremely helpful and always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again should I come back to Florence in the future.

A beautiful room and the host went out of their way to make us feel welcome, despite never actually meeting the check-in process was seamless. The amenities were much appreciated although some instructions for the coffee machine would have been appreciated! Highly recommend

Ficamos hospedados no Guest House, em Florença, e a experiência foi muito positiva. O ponto alto da propriedade é sua localização: do lado do mercado Central, estação de Santa Maria Novela, perto de todas as principais atrações turísticas. O check-in é extremamente fácil, todo feito por sistema de auto check-in, o que torna a chegada bem prática. A propriedade possui poucos quartos (3), e ficamos no quarto amarelo. O ambiente é confortável, amplo e acomodou muito bem três pessoas. O banheiro é pequeno, mas funcional, com água quente e tudo funcionando perfeitamente durante a estadia. A cozinha é compartilhada e bem equipada, permitindo até preparar pequenas refeições com tranquilidade, além de sisponibilizar cafe, chá e bolachinhas.geladeira, bolachinhas. Além disso, fomos muito bem assistidos pelo responsável da propriedade, que sempre nos atendeu prontamente quando precisamos, com toda a comunicação feita via WhatsApp, de forma prática e eficiente. Vale muito a pena pelo excelente custo-benefício.
