Comfortable stay

The room was nice and comfortable, my only complaint was the bathroom, no shelves, no towel rack, no where to put your toiletries, also we never saw the girl at the front desk, our keys were on the desk but never saw anybody

This is the most terrible place I ever been in my life, there’s nothing in this place don’t go to this place and the price is not cheap compared with the rest of the cities I visited like Venice, Milan and Lugano you pay for nothing

There was no one at the check in desk, they had already left by 5pm. The hallways were dark and musty and hot. Had to use my flashlight to get to my room. The room was very hot before we turned on the AC. No shampoo. I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff was helpful with arranging luggage storage and taxi. The property is definitely older and hence there was a little bit of a smell in the washroom. But overall, pretty good. The room was clean and extremely close to all attractions. Just remember there are no elevator you will need to take the luggage up the stairs.
