There is a best place where I stayed during in Italy so far. I visited Italy a couple of times but here is a hidden place in downtown and even better than their photos. Also even though in downtown but the window is very good sealed so there is very quiet and convenient to get down everywhere like Uffizi and all of museums and shoppings and safe as well. All of staffs are very kind and nice and professional working for customers. Also there is a complementary extra evening bar. I’d love to stay here next time!

The room was awesome and the staff is amazing !! The only thing was the room temperature was hot, and the controls don’t have the room temperature, and we could not adjust! It was an awesome stay and the location is very convenient!!

While, overall, the hotel was very nice, I would recommend not takimg a room on the first floor. This floor is where the kitchen and breakfast room are. The staff start work at 6.00 and it is very loud. There is excellent sound proofing to the street but not to the sounds of the kitchen and breakfast room. Additional, since the room was close to the kitchen there was an ever present smell of cooked bacon. I would stay again but not on the first floor. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful with dinner reservations and calling a taxi.
