Great place. Great staff as well. Things are so new, there needs to be some communication about using your card to turn on room lights, how to control the heat, etc. my peeve here was the motion switch for bathroom lights which would come on in the middle of the night when one gets up. Just put in a switch and maybe a nightlife which I have seen at other Drury Inns. We are big on Drury Inns, stayed here two nights, stayed in Marietta and Knoxville on this same trip. This is the first time I have had a negative comment

The food areas should be cleaned while people are eating, since a lot of spilled food on the floor could create a hazard. Good service-new hotel; overall very nice, with caring staff. Controls for air conditioning and heating were hard to work in the room. In the disabled room, the shampoo and the other bottles of liquids in the shower are set too high to reach, as are most of the towels. The shower is very good, but there should be a warning about how hot the water is, (also for the sink).

We always enjoy staying at Drury hotels. This one in Florence Kentucky was fantastic. The staff is super kind and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The location offers great access to the freeways. Lots of really great things to do in the area.

The the floor in the pool area was pretty gross. The smell of bleach was really strong in there as well.

Excellent Staff! This was our first stag at Drury Hotel and we were so impressed. The rooms were large and the breakfast was incredible. We can't wait to stay at another location on our travels.
