Worst place we stayed during our 3 week vacation in Italy and Spain. Communication with the place was a nightmare to book pick up and drop off at the airport, which they messed up and we almost missed our train out. When we arrived, they wanted me to go and pick up the keys vs. them dropping them off as supposed to. The apartment was on the 4th floor without elevator. We knew about no elevator but we did not expect to have to go up 77 very steep steps to get to the apartment. They should be more specific about this. In addition, the apartment was not what was expected based on the description. It was a 2 bedroom, very small rooms but OK, and supposedly it had a balcony. The "balcony" was a 4ft square off one of the room that barely fit a table a 2 small folding chairs but you couldn't sit there and it looks into the center "garden" of the building were all the A/C units were and you looked into other people's apartments. In the photos for the apartment they show a beautiful view of a terrance which I never saw.
At first glance the apartment looked clean but next to a lamp, there was a ball dust and a dead cockroach! The apartment was also barely equipped for cooking/eating there. The microwave had be be plugged in almost on to of the sink or the stove, limited number of glasses, flatware etc. There was no dish detergent or laundry detergent provided.
In summary - would not recommend! very disappointed
