The Carlton Hotel
"Possibly the worst place i have stayed in. The room was filthy, although the bedding was clean. Skirting board was extremely dirty, the carpet hadn't been hoovered. Tea and coffee stains on the work surface. Bins not emptied. Curtains didn't draw properly. Windows filthy."
