"We stayed for 13 days, without complaint. It was very quiet and clean and had free parking. The cleaning staff was very good and we always had clean towels in our room. The stay in Calabasas was quiet and way less crowded from staying in LA. Would definitely recommend."

"No ice machines working on floors 15 down to ten? remote to tv didn't recognize "guide" so you had to search by channel up and down, air set at 70 degrees blasted cold air non stop and anything higher made room hot. We stayed there three times before and loved it. Don't know what's going on."
