Stylish triplex with three 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath bungalows centrally located 3 miles on Route 66 to downtown and NAU. Easy access to restaurants, shops, bike and hiking trails, parks and museums.

Fully remodeled with high speed WiFi, 9 Samsung Smart TVs in bedrooms and living rooms. Three full size washer & dryer sets. Inside, you'll find the fully remodeled living rooms with fireplaces and 55" Samsung Smart TVs, two sofas (long enough to sleep on, but they do not fold out into beds), and club chairs.

The oversized eat-in kitchens are well equipped with cookware, updated appliances and dining tables with seating for 4 plus 2 spare chairs in the garage.

Fenced yards and deck feature Adirondack chairs, picnic table, fire pits, and charcoal BBQ grills. You have the WHOLE TRIPLEX to yourself with 3 one car garages, 2 fenced yards and a large balcony deck.

The large master bedrooms have king beds and ensuite half baths. The second bedrooms also feature a king bed. The living spaces share no common walls. We LOVE dogs and they stay free (sorry, no cats due to allergies).

We brought the entire family of adult childrenspouses and grandkids and dogs. Three separate spaces worked out perfectly for varying bed times for the littles versus family gain with the grown ups. Much appreciated three separate garages and dog runs as well.
