"We stayed two nights and had no housekeeping services for our entire stay. Nobody came to empty trash, bring fresh towels, or make beds during the entire weekend. I'm also not confident of the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The air vent in our room looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. ..."
