We appreciate that some things are outside the hotel’s control, but several issues unfortunately darkened our stay. The corridor doors close incredibly fast and bang loudly throughout the night, which made it very difficult to sleep. On top of that, a couple on our floor were repeatedly roaming the corridors at all hours shouting, so we had several disturbed nights. The pillows were honestly the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel. The selection was very limited and all were extremely over-filled… after the first night we ended up sleeping without them, and even then we woke the next morning with neck pain and headaches. On a positive note, the service was friendly, though I’d personally prefer more human interaction and less reliance on machines. Parking was easy and perfectly adequate. Overall, the stay had potential, but the noise issues and poor sleep quality really affected our experience.

Staff friendly, nice hotel but i dont know why such a big hotel wont have air conditioning.also, cleaners knocking on door while i have late check out till 2pm, at exactly 1:10pm they kept knocking on the door, whic h i found rude and intrusive

Getting out of the car park was challenging as people parked everywhere (not enough spaces). Noise bleed was horrific with people coming back throughout the night (flushing loos as well as party makers). The bathroom door didn’t shut properly. All that said the bed was comfy, the blackout curtains helped, and breakfast was great. It is odd checking in and out online, so we never really spoke to any of the staff.
