My first room at bed bugs. I went to shut the curtains and there was one waiting to greet me at eye level. The second room had lights out, a half disconnected tv, and a toilet that didn’t flush. There’s more to say, but I’m not even going to get into it. Do yourself a favor and sleep under an overpass.

Got attack by bed bugs but the front desk lady did not want to give me a refund or even check me out the room , she kept telling me “i can’t do that” and i kept asking for a manager and no manager was around that she was on leave according the front desk . Room was dirty , especially the bathroom there was hair on the floor and the shower. 10/10 do not recommend ! Room #209 !

Breakfast is cereal, uktra sugary oatmeal, toast. Oh boy!!! The young woman at the front desk was very rude. Told me I didn't have a room because I was suppose to check in the day before. NOT!!!! Had to prove my reservation by showing her my Expedia email. Then when I tried to extend my stay one more night, i was told there were no rooms available. Went online & Expedia showed 4 rooms available. HELLO!!!!??? If thats not discrimination I don't know what is.

The property itself was undesirable, the pool was too cold to swim in for even my child, and the front desk clerk spoke little English. When I tried to resolve an issue about my room he said to call Expedia as there is nothing he would do. When I called Expedia they told me all accommodation needs needed to be handled with the property. I requested a king sized bed to easily fit 2 large adults. Ultimately, one person had to sleep on an air mattress! This has been one of the worst experiences at a hotel I have ever experienced.

Beware

The room was dirty, food wrappers and other trash under the bed from previous guests, tv remote did not work, only 2 thin towels for 3 guests, but didn’t matter, as there was no shower curtain anyway, so no one showered. One bed was “ok”, the other had huge dip in the center. Not comfortable, not clean.

Our room was in very poor condition: smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, power outlets were hanging outside the box, minimal power outlets, bathtub was gray with no finish on it (so bad we didn't use it), lamps were crooked, TV was extremely small, no clock or radio, air conditioner worked but was missing external parts. Overall the room wasn't worth half of what we paid for it.
