The best staff. The staff takes really good care of this place. I stay there every year and the staff feel like family. The hotel is the best one in Fernley. Very clean, the parking lot is picked up. Great breakfast.

Hotel was clean and newly renovated. Staff on site were helpful and accommodating. When booking this room we accidentally booked the room for the following weekend after our intended stay although we did not discover this until after our original stay. Although the accidental room reservation was non-refundable, we tried contacting the hotel to discuss the situation via text, chat, and phone but never received a reply via any of these methods. Again, it's our fault that we accidentally booked a non-refundable room, but the fact that the hotel would even reply or respond to our inquiries, even if to say "we're sorry, no refund", is unprofessional.
