house keeping and maintenance is great. the customer relations team needs a lot of work. Maria at the front desk shouldn't work for the company without further training. she also made up lies to fit her own agenda but i let corporate know about these actions. they also have bugs in the room; mini moths, baby roaches and centipedes. i stayed out of convenience and price but after the experience with the front desk attendants, i will take my business elsewhere

Shower was moldy. It seems as though whenever we get a discounted room, we get the one of their worst room. We couldn't adjust the heater. We had to turn it off. Also, the sink drained slow
