I made the reservation for this "pet friendly" hotel on Expedia. They wanted a $100 pet fee ~ not a deposit, a fee. I decided to say goodbye to my reservation and to using Expedia for any future reservations. A hidden $100 fee is not OK.

There was still some minor trash under the bed in the room we checked in in the week we stayed there. The bed was only made once it was never refreshed with coffee or cups, and neither was the coffee station by the lobby. The continental breakfast was barely adequate. The meats were terrible. The eggs were good and the waffle was good and you can’t hurt cereal. The staff overall was nice.

The staff could have been nicer! From check in to check out everyone we can in contact with was awesome! Cleanliness is the issue. One of my pillows smelled of dirty hair, there was a blood stain on my sheet, the bathroom floor was dirty. On the 2nd day, housekeeping came in, did not replenish toilet paper, which we needed, took the one small bar of soap we used to wash our hands, did not replenish the paper cups for coffee, only left one hand towel. I had to ask the front desk for these items, which were happily given to me.

It was all very nice. The bathtub had trouble draining. I reported it to the front desk and they made note of it. The young people that worked the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable.
